TPMA Presents Prof. Middleton on Customer
Research
We all know that customer research is important, but how many of us are really good at it? How
many of us spend enough time doing it?
At this month's TPMA meeting, Dr. Alan C. Middleton, PhD, Assistant Professor of Marketing at York's
Schulich School of Business will talk about the difficulty of research in the high-tech area, why it is
so important, and how to do it well.
Topics will include analyzing the strategic framework for new product development, and
understanding the value of research in the marketplace for the delivery of customer value.
Prof. Middleton is Executive Director, Division of Executive Development and Assistant Professor of
Marketing at Schulich School of Business and has substantial industry experience.
Please note: We will have a door prize for the person who brings the most NEW members to
TPMA this month. Bring your colleagues ...
TPMA is an ideal way to build your network, share experience with other high-tech product
managers, and sharpen your product management discipline. As always, this meeting will
provide time for networking and discussion, so be sure to bring your business cards.
The host has decided not to publicize the
guest list for this Invite.
