Successful Product Launches
What are the essential elements of a successful product launch?
How do we measure its success?
It seems product managers take different approaches, rangning between "leaving it to marcom"
and "designing the trade-show posters". Hey, some of us just have a flare for taglines.
This month's meeting of the TPMA will look directly at best-practices in product launches,
drawing on the experience of seasoned panelists with expertice in launching products from
several points of view, including marketing, product management, corporate, and engineering.
We will look at how to determine the elements of a successful product launch (hint: depends on
the product), and how to measure and report on launch success.
The TPMA monthly meeting is a confidential environment where you can share stories from your experience and learn from the experiences of others.
Bring business cards ... networking to follow the meeting.
