In order to have a usable and effective user interface for your product, it is essential to capture real user requirements and scenarios of use. It is also essential to determine what are the real issues in order to direct the efforts in the right direction. We will introduce a method that allows capturing, structuring, modeling and finally mapping these requirements to a user interface. This method leads to easy to use products and to measure and optimize users' performance when using a product.

Rami has 15 years experience in Usability engineering, interaction design and product management. As the Managing Director of Ergonaute Consulting, he works with his clients to create successful products that focus on user experience and user performance.
