Description:

Every Product Manager has experienced the challenge of creating, managing and triaging product roadmaps. Whether you are working on roadmaps for internal executive review, partner engagements or customer retention, This roundtable discussion will help you learn about key ways to avoid the common pitfalls that undermine the confidence others have in your plans.

Join us for this informative discussion and bring your product roadmap stories - especially your horror stories. Change the names to protect those involved, but tell us about missed deadlines, irate customers, cost over-runs, and annoyed family members explaining to friends why you had to miss the party because you were at the office on a Saturday night trying to sort out the terrible mess your roadmap had gotten you into.

We'd also be glad to hear how you got out of the mess and avoided the next one.

Location: Metro Hall
55 John Street
Room 310
Format: Roundtable Discussion
Non-members are welcome to attend individual events for a $20 fee. At this time, only cash or cheque is accepted at the event. Receipts will be issued. A light meal is served at all events.
