The COVID-19 crisis has disrupted the modern world and is now shaping the future. Technology has played a significant role in bridging gaps and bringing people closer in this “New Online World”. As new behaviours take form and businesses adapt to the modified environment, business owners and product managers need to triage into the emerging trends and employ best practices to not only continue to solve the challenges of their customers but also make use of best practices in a remote-based setup.

In this panel discussion, you will learn about:

  • How COVID-19 is transforming and shaping customer behaviour across different industries

  • Current and future challenges that lie ahead of PMs

  • Top emerging trends (COVID-19 specific) that PMs have employed/can employ to bring value to their customers in their respective industries

  • Balancing innovation and risk mitigation on a product roadmap

  • How to stay close with customers in a remote environment

  • Best practices to lead remote product teams

  • Skills that make PMs more resilient in an uncertain environment and how to develop those
