In a world of online disruption is Omni Channel dead? Is the future really online only? What is the role of the physical store in the future? This panel discussion will focus on the disruption of traditional brick and mortar retail from pure digital players and what the future has in hold to not just survive but thrive.

 

Justin Ing is currently a Digital Product Manager with Holt Renfrew, and is developing their strategic Omni-channel and digital goals to redefine customer engagement and enterprise technology. He was previously a Business System Analyst at Indigo and an IT Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Since starting his career in technology, his passion for all things digital was strengthened with a technical and analytical mindset. It has lead to exciting projects in the retail landscape in the front and back of house. Having studied at University of Western, Ryerson University and University of Toronto, he's always trying to increase his knowledge as Business Analyst, Product Manager and as a leader.

Corby Fine is VP, Simplii Financial. A customer-focused, technology-savvy professional who has been instrumental in developing strategic growth opportunities and has a successful track-record of exceeding revenue, operational and NPS targets. He has built innovative digital products, implemented and optimized digital sales and service experiences, with a specialty on the application of big data and marketing innovation.

He has experience in digital product development, digital marketing, customer experience, loyalty, big data, marketing automation and innovation. Equally comfortable in corporate, agency and startup environments, he has demonstrated the ability to add  value in different scenarios and diverse industry experience in financial services, automotive, telecommunications, retail and utilities.

Recognized for strong leadership and relationship skills, he has effectively managed teams from 2 to 130, along with complex internal and external relationships. He has scaled high performance cross functional teams and as a strategic leader, coached and mentored them by cultivating a spirit of collaboration.

He is an ENTP, likes funky socks, has 2 kids, will challenge rules to drive innovation, plays the drums, works hard and has fun doing it!
