In their presentation, Christopher Barrow and Damian Sura of Ontario Ministry of Transportation, will take you behind the scenes with their business and delivery teams as they work on difficult problems through Google Ventures' 5-day Sprint and decide what to build next. Extend your knowledge about the concepts of user-centric design, idea validation process and learn new rapid prototyping techniques you can apply in your organization.

Christopher Barrow is a manager for the Human Centered Design Office in the .NET Solutions Delivery Centre within Ontario Government. In his previous role of Solutions Architect in Ontario Public Service .NET Solutions Delivery Centre Christopher was responsible for the conceptual creation and implementation of the .NET Usability Framework: a standardized methodology for integrating usability best practices into all aspects of digital solution development. Christopher is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) since 2013.

Damian Sura is a manager for the Solutions Delivery Office in the .NET Solutions Delivery Centre within Ontario Government. A digital leader supporting development teams that work on a plethora of projects across the ministries in Ontario. Strong advocate of user-centered design ensuring the development teams focus on the way end users will consume a product and validate their assumptions with regard to the user behavior in real world tests. Computer Science graduate with over 10 years of development experience. A code monkey at heart that isn't shy to dive into the code when needed.
